Job Description:
We are looking for individuals who possess a professional and polished demeanor and who are motivated, detail orientated, highly organized, and driven; to consult with customers and identify their wants and needs. We provide pre-qualified leads while you also have an incentivized opportunity to self-generate your own leads.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills and active listening abilities
• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have a reliable vehicle that is registered and insured per Colorado law
• Product knowledge that encompasses plumbing, cabinetry, tile, and construction is desired
• Outstanding customer service, verbal/telephone, and written communication skills
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers, co-workers, and admin
• Comprehensive knowledge of product and kitchen/bath design trends; able to suggest appropriate related products for purchase
• Identify customer needs, provide profitable solutions, and close the sale
• Able to plan, organize and multi-task
• Ability to be self-directed, detailed, and highly organized in work activities
• Able to learn and utilize CRM
• Managing customer expectations
• Must have a willingness to learn
• You are not afraid to meet new people
• Be able to efficiently communicate proposals during in-home presentations
• Most importantly, the ability to “close the sale”

Primary Responsibilities:
Dreamworx Home Improvement Sales Consultants will work closely with potential and current customers helping them through their remodeling projects. Consultants are vital in helping interested homeowners understand the processes, material differences, installation, etc. in remodeling their homes while proactively earning their business.

Capitalize on sales opportunities with warm leads provided, and supplement with personal leads and referrals
Sell or be Sold mentality with in-home presentations and proposals
Close the sell
